NCC Small Business Owner?
Here's how to participate.
Sign Up.
Register: Businesses need to sign up to participate in the event.
Confirm Details: Ensure you receive and understand all event details, including location, time, and any specific requirements.
Prepare.
Booth Setup: Decide on the layout and design of your booth. Make it attractive and engaging, but easy to set up.
Samples: If you are a food business, prepare food samples. If you sell product, prepare product samples.
Visuals: Create visual materials (banners, posters, brochures) to make your booth stand out and provide information about your business.
Business Cards: Bring plenty of business cards to hand out to attendees. This helps in networking and ensuring people can follow up with you after the event.
Show Up.
Arrive Early: Get to the event early to set up your booth and ensure everything is in order before the event starts.
Engage: Actively network and interact with other vendors and attendees. Don’t just be present; engage with your peers, potential customers, and partners.

FAQs
What do I need to bring to the event?
Easy Up, table and chairs and samples of your products, items for sale or photos of what you do. (i.e. landscaper may only have photos of what they do, garage epoxy will have sample flooring, food vendors will have items for purchase or sample)
Do I have to live in NCC?
Yes, this event is directly for the people who reside in North Copper Canyon whom have small businesses they would like to share with neighbors.
Will the Surprise Community be made aware of the event?
Carrie Warren will be making public social posts in various FB groups. You are welcome to share the event on your socials as well and share with your CRM (Client Management).
Where will we be set up?
We will be setting up in Copper Park (park with pool off N 183rd Ave). Food vendors will be in the parking lot and the other vendors will be in the soccer field.
How many businesses are participating?
As of August 15th we have 39 businesses registered.
What kind of businesses are participating?
Those who have registered are categorized as baked goods, coffee, t-shirts, candles, woodworking, HVAC, epoxy flooring, upholstery, FFA, hairstylist, pest control, electrical, travel agent, mobile oil changes, machining and MORE to come!
How long is the event/what day?
Oct 12 10am-2pm
Is there a limit to the same type of businesses?
Unlike our holiday events this is open to multiple types of businesses. During our holiday events, due to attendance, there is a limit of 2 types of similar businesses permitted.
Will there be parking?
We do try to leave the handicap parking open but due to the set up and the popularity of our events there is only street parking or walk to the event.

Are these events run past the HOA?
Yes, all planned events are shared with the HOA.
Who is responsible for cleanup of the event?
Each business will take care to clean up their area and surrounding to help keep us in compliance with HOA. Damages caused during an event will fall on Carrie Warren, please take care to not cause any damages. Trash cans will be provided.
